Small, Medium, Large

Ive owned one of those tiny penny boards for a while now.

Point being, I want to share my boards and talk about which ones I like the most.

In my arsenal, there are 4 boards that I most commonly use.

There is a penny board,
an 8.4" enjoi board with destructo superlite trucks and PP AT wheels,
an 7.75" moose blank deck with destructo D2 trucks and bones wheels,
and a loaded tan tien.
(same order top to bottom in picture)

The oldest deck award goes to : Moose blank deck.
The most comfortable award goes to : loaded tan tien.
Most compliments board: penny.
All around best setup: enjoi.

Lets start with the board that I end up using the least: Loaded Tan Tien. Don't get me wrong. I use it the least, but it is not a bad board at all. The thing is made from bamboo! so exotic. I got a flex 2 and I'm 130 lbs and this thing is very comfortable to ride. It's the best board I have for going downhill, but that is not something I do very often, which is why it doesn't see much use.  Compared to all the other boards I have, this board is an oil tanker. It is huge, heavy, and has a fairly large turning radius. Having a very small tail doesn't help either.

Next is the penny board.  Everywhere I go, all people ever say to me is "Such a cute board! It's so tiny!"...  not sure if you guys enjoy getting compliments like that... BUT, there are some advantages of being small. You can practically take it anywhere with you. The tiny board actually flexes, which is nice and it is definitely lots of fun to pump. There are a few things that could be improved with this board. First off, the tail could be bigger. It's very small (what do you expect?) and with the lack of griptape, sometimes I feel my back leg will slide off and i'll end up doing the splits. Second, the board gets dirty really easily. It might be because I got the glow in the dark color, but grime gets easily stuck in the poorly designed grip texture.

The blank skateboard...my throw-around board. The deck cost $5, but I'm having trouble destroying it. I use it to practice tricks and I mostly take it to the skatepark. It has hard bones wheels, so it makes a lot of noise and I never ride it on rough surfaces. I feel like having a designated board to take all your anger out on is a good idea. If I treated the penny the way I treat the poor yellow blank... the horrors...

My current favorite: the rainbow enjoi board. This is the first 8.4" deck i've ever owned. To be honest, I'm not a fan. It feels like a giant plank compared to the 7.75". Reasons it is my favorite:
bi-directional. - not too big, not too small - small soft wheels for all-terrain - great for flatland flipping - has a panda.

And there you have it. Those are my boards.
